So annoyed with this credit union, this morning trying to catch the market opening, they kept calling me asking me stupid questions, I hate people that mess with my money!! I missed the market opening sitting here waiting for my wire to go through.
I have been banking with Trumark for over 15 years. They can handle almost anything, loan dept Eric.P. in the loan dept. deserves 5 stars as well,. He handled everything online I didn't even need to go in to the Branch. Love them!
Bad services...supposed to stop a check and never did. Extra payment sent to creditor and negative balance left in my account. Don't trust them to do what they say. My wife and I are taking our accounts else where

For a credit union they suck so far. I just opened accounts & they're customer service is mediocre.
the branch people are great!! the menu system(game) is absolutely horrible and not at all customer friendly
