I had the worst expierence here. The people that work here gave horrible attitude. Walked away while I talked to them and didnt want to let me use the coupon I had emailed to me for my birthday. I will never suggest this place to anyone!
We have been going here for years and never have had a bad cup of coffee or service. Love the staff here.
I wanted to use my DD Perks birthday free beverage and plan on purchasing donuts. I printed out the coupon.
I went to other Dunkin Donuts today. They had no problem taking my DD perks coupon that I printed. I should have read the review that other person wrote a week ago before I wasted my time waiting. They gave me a horrible attitude, too!
I normally go to this Dunkin’ everytime I’m down this way and have always had good service. Today I experienced one of the rudest transactions I’ve ever had in my entire adult life. The woman told me to go faster as I pulled the 13 cents out of my wallet and when I commented that she was being kind of rude she told me there was a long line in a very short tempered manner. She proceeded to then roughly hand me my 2 drinks and bag of food. And as I was being incredibly rushed to hurry my turn and went to drive off she yelled “your change!” This entire transaction she had that very rude, you’re bothering me, type tone to her voice and face. When it’s my turn at the register, drive through or not, then I am allowed to take my money out and put it away in my wallet/purse before leaving and everyone behind me can wait their turn as they have the same rights as I do at the register. I should not be rushed and made to feel like their time is more important than mine. I will no longer come to this Dunkin’ and will make it a point to go out of my way to another nearby location
There were lots of customers since it was Sunday morning. I was waiting in line for a while.
The moment, I was asking the cashier if I can use my DD perks birthday free beverage coupon that I printed out, He said , "No, you can't." and the person looked like a manger next to him said "No Birthday Free Beverage~ You need to bring a phone with you. Nobody takes paper." I told them.. "Why not? Every information is on there. If nobody takes print out coupon, why the website lets me print it out?" and they kept saying no. I was so annoyed. I told them "Never mind, then!" I didn't even purchase donuts at there, walked out.
They always get my order right... Now I go in there they already know what I want and they are very very kind!!!
