I don't even want to rate this place a 1star its horrible and a disgrace to the mental health system. I worked in Philadelphia for 15 years in MH and I never in my life dealt with an agency so out of tune with illnesses. They never answer the phone.. Even staff admits it and complains to clients about it in my past. My best help there came from my. Peer specialist Amy who was a compassionate and understanding person... Any therapist or Dr's I've has there are incompetent and not very caring of their clients... I've seen people treated horrible there... They ought to be gutted out and hire all new staff
