I never when in the store! I did call asking for request on a price for a ring sizing, she women replied yes we do, i asked how much she said it would be based on the ring and if you need it to go up or down I replied down 1 or 2 sizes she said i can't you in over the phone you have to bring it on in we can look at it. well anyways my point is she didn't answer my question and very rude about it, because I work in retail I thought I should say this i am never going to be going here they are rude and not worth my time.
Have had watches sized and repaired here. Very honest and reasonably priced.
