Update: The owner Bill Kelly reached out to me as a result of this review and came by to review the issues outlined below. He outlined for me a number of steps the company has taken to improve based upon my experience and credited off the remaining charges for work which wasn't completed. Still not a great experience from my perspective- but perhaps the changes will help others.
Waiting for hours to get an estimate while the crews sat around; improper cleanup/treatment at the first visit; no show during the 2nd scheduled visit; billing for work that is not done (which can be corrected if you review the estimates on a line by line level) and after explaining that their original poor work caused thousands of dollars of additional damage by allowing the water to continue to damage our home, I received an apology but not even an offer of a discount on the additional labor that was required to clean-up the original poor work. The teams were friendly, but completely hit or miss with regard to the knowledge/quality of the team and certainly no commitment to satisfy a customer and make things right. I’d definitely look elsewhere….
The crew chief was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. In a time of stress and worry I could sit back and know my loss was in great hands
