The Red Eye into Philly was way ahead of schedule...too early to disturb the parents. Luckily, the Violetwood Cafe opened at 6:30. Thanks, Bobby, for a tasty breakfast, and Laurie enjoyed the coffee. Four thumbs up, between us.
I was genuinely impressed w/ the quantity and quality. Breakfast sandwich is perfect size, and the hash browns are seasoned and tasty as I was hoping for. I will be back bright and early tomorrow morning for an omelette stuffed with my favorites, I can hardly wait.
