I was very unimpressed with the service me and my fiance received. We walked in the office and no one seemed to want to help us. In seemed like us being there was a complete inconvenience. The woman that was helping us was very rude and did not seem to listen to what we wanted in our vacation. She didn't ask us any questions about what we wanted to do just assumed everything. I would never go here again and recommend to everyone I know to go somewhere else just because of the attitude we received from their employees,
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Marcy is the worst. I'm a nice person, and don't hate many people...but I HATE Marcy. JP the manager could be the most incompetent person I've ever met. They will NOT help you with what you need and most likely make your trip ever worse. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
Holly was absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. She took care of all our needs and exceeded our expectations!
The worst experience I have had while planning my vacation. A travel agency is suppose to do all the work for you. I have done everything my self from booking my flights to making my own reservations. Only time I would hear from them without me calling was to see where there money was, and then I would have a issue with them not sending me confirmation of my payments. I would not be going back to Liberty Travel EVER.
I'd give zero stars if possible.
