One star is probably too much credit given to this place. They will make you do all the work as far as your credit application. Then when they tell you a time that they'll call you by they'll never call you. My truck went into the shop and I end up needing to buy another vehicle. I submitted the credit app the night before. Was told that he was going to do it first thing in the morning. Not only did I not get any phone calls, but I called a few times and was given the run around. I'm writing this review at 6:00pm the next day and I have still yet to get a call, even when I called a while ago and was told I'd be getting a call in 15 minutes. And the call I just placed, was never answered. I don't know how this place can pay their employees when they obviously must not be doing any work, that includes you Phil.
Now almost a month later my bmw x5 is still running strong. The product sold by Kemar and negotiated with the owner will have me back in a few weeks to purchase another.

After an auto accident I went looking online for a new car and found one I liked at Bristol Auto Mall. I arranged to go see it but didn't really feel it was the right one. Bobby looked at my parameters and showed me multiple other cars within them. He happily answered all my many questions (as well as my mother's at a later date). I didn't feel at all pressured to buy, it seemed like they really just wanted to help me find what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Mazda hatchback, super cute and in really good condition. There were some hang ups with the title (which was in fact the previous owner's fault and in no way the dealer's) but they did so much extra to work it out for me. I've been in touch with Bobby multiple times since purchasing the car, he always answers my calls and is incredibly pleasant and helpful. I will likely buy from them again in the future.
We showed up, with our trade-in and the asking price for the exact car we wanted in cash. Getting the car fax was like pulling teeth we asked for it 4 times before even arriving. Then they kept trying to show us print screens from the owner's phone of a report NOT the car fax. Finally we got it. Then we waited as they moved everything around to get the car out to test drive. Then we ask more questions. Waited for everyone to answer tons of phone calls. Asked again. Waited. The salesman, Jake, who helped us was great, very nice. But literally no one else there was helpful. The mechanic was never around. The owner argued with us over a simple question about a needed repair. That's when, after two hours, we just left. No one would just sit down to discuss the deal we arrived wanting to make. We stood around awkward in their office with two kids for far too long. As we left we were so angry with the time wasted and then bombarded by a different salesman who tried to convince us to drive around to "cool off" then come back to close the deal. We won't be back. We won't do business with rude and disorganized people who don't even listen to the customer standing in their office. Even if you have our dream car for a dream price. No thanks. They even called us after. I hate giving bad reviews but this all happened. I left crying with cash in my purse. What a wasted day off.

There seemed to be some confusion over my last post so let me clarify. I was not speaking reckless against this place of business. My salesman Kemar was absolutely great. When he said he was gonna call he called, what he said he would do he did. Now what I found strange was the attention given by the owner of the place. I've never been to car dealer when the buyer sat down with the owner. Yes that was strange, a good strange though. The owner was pleasant with us and even offered to come to the the dealership on a Sunday to further assist us. Yes this was strange. It was strange that the owner was so involved while Kemar sat and watched and yet still earned a commission, this was strange but a good strange.
