Rich is a very friendly guy and took a nonchalant approach to sales from the moment I stepped in. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to Cadillacs and he doesn't mess with junky cars. I wish the group was a little more thorough with their inspection process. I encountered some minor mechanical errors within a few months of my purchase that could've been avoided, but I refused all warranty contracts (which were strongly recommended) so I have no one to blame but myself. All in all, nice people, beautiful cars, low pressure sales.

I bought a 2010 Cadillac SRX. After I get home the check engine light comes on, I took it to the dealership after I bought it and I had a list of repairs that needed to be done. Rich did fix the ones regarding the omission, The warrantee I brought paid for a few other things, like the air-conditioner needed to be replaced, thank God. But I have about $1500 worth of work still needs to be done. Rich said it past a strict Pennsylvania inspection, It still needs all new tires, all new tire sensors, and alignment’s plus a serpentine belt. It is just me so I really didn’t expect to be stuck with all these repairs that somebody else just decided they didn’t want to do. I was promised an extra key fob and a remote for the entertainment center, which doesn’t work anyway:/ And as of today I’m still waiting for the stuff although I’ve texted him a few times to remind him. I would be very cautious if you decide to buy from them or look someplace else!
Chris sold me a Kia spectra a little over a year ago. Clean and very nice. Never had a problem with the car and he really worked with me ! Highly recommend them to everyone ! I ended up trading the car in because I wanted an SUV, but the car was such a great car and Chris is awesome. Worked with me so that I could come by when I was done work, even though they were closed.
