Well for starters the place had roaches and mice which were all over the place . One got on top of a stand alone closet and ate a half a bag of Kings Hawaiian Rolls . The covers felt like old curtains and smelled moldy. For what they change I could have gotten a whole lot more for my money.
Its smells terribly of mold from the air conditioner. The Hispanic group of gentlemen (not really a word I would call them), they are picking on a girl there and say things in their language as they walk by her door and take pictures of her outside with her pups. I know my rate should be cheaper and tax free by now, but they are surcharging me out the yingyang. I let them do it. I'll get it all back soon... They new owners are less than welcoming and warm when you approach the desk. Bad place and don't recommend.
The location wasn't my favorite place just because I'm from the area and know what the surrounding neighborhood holds. With that aside, I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised at room. Everything was very clean and neat. No odd smells or stains anywhere. I had to get assistance from the man at the front desk about the WiFi password and he immediately made a phone call and solved the problem for me. All in all, I had a great stay and would definitely go there again.
Very dirty hotel! This particular hotel has roaches, mice and small flies flying around in the rooms. The bed was very hard and the pillows seemed like they were washed too much. The sheets also had burn holes in them. On the site it says that its new but its only under new management. I do not recommend staying here!
Do not stay here. We reserved a room and stated that we needed a bath tub as we had a baby. Got to the hotel and the room was on the second floor-- but there was no elevator-- so we needed to switch. Second room had no tub and the AC didn't work. Third room REEKED of cigarettes (while this hotel is advertised as "non-smoking"). We told the manager at the desk and his response was, "Too bad, you switched rooms too many times." He gave us a can of air freshener and told us to deal with it. Two men checking in witnessed it and told the guy to let us switch rooms but he would not. There were no towels in the room. When I asked for a towel the guy refused to give me one. His spouse told me that I could check out at that moment if I didn't like it (it was 11:00pm). I asked for the GM's name and phone number and they refused to give it to me. We checked out the next morning instead of staying a second night. They did not refund our second night as they promised. The pool was closed and this was not noted on our reservation-- we even called the day before to make sure the pool was open. When we checked in they said it was closed for 2-3 weeks. Please stay ANYWHERE else.
