Always happy with our stay and the service is wonderful! The breakfast is great, the grill is convenient, and the guy who makes the balloons and paints faces is always a great thing for our son. The pool is very spacious, amd the playground is great for active families! Haven't used the fitness center yet or the business lounge, but maybe this weekend! We've stayed every other weekend for 3 weekends now and we keep coming back so there's got to be something good about it :)

My nearly fiance and I were on our way home from a convention in DC. We had only gotten about 3 hours of sleep before we had to get up in the morning due to our other older members in the group kept us out late. Our feet and bodies hurt from walking and my partner was having trouble driving. We stopped at a few hotels who wouldn't accept us because, although we are both 19, 21 is the minimum age for check-in. Even after we had explained our situation they would not budge. Finally, I found this place and called the front desk to ask their policies, I explained the issues and they were the most polite people I had spoken to all day. I am so appreciative of them. My fiance is my world, I don't know what I would do without him. Having a nice bed to lay down in instead of pulling to the side of the road is a luxury. Thank you to the lovely lady and gentlemen we spoke to. Your kindness is phenomenal.

We go to the front desk and I get a new room.

Had great free breakfast included with our stay. Had all the usual amenities one would expect. WiFi was a little bit unreliable. And make sure you check under the bed for cleanliness. Also check the shower curtain, our had a couple small mold spots. Beds were comfy and pillows were fresh. Heating and cooling system in the room needs to be properly maintained( I turned on heat and you could smell the dust burning off the coils inside).

I walked in to inquire about their meeting spaces. The first thing that hit me as I walked into the lobby was the smell. To put it mildly, the odor of "not clean." When I asked about the meeting spaces, I was informed that the manager would need to get in touch with me. Unfortunately, He wouldn't be returning for a week. No one else would be able to give me a price of any kind, or even let me know if I had to use their catering. Theor website doesn't give any information either.

The other guests are noisy. I know you can't help what the guests do but geezzzz.

The hallway has a strong smell of cigarettes and pot.

Get the keys to my room to find the front desk gave my room to someone else, I opened the door and there's a gentleman unpacking.
